A custom blend of our Mexico "El Jaguar", and Colombia "Palmichal" and Ethiopia "Mokamba". This blend has notes of Chocolate, Red Berry and Hazelnut. 

Through friendship and a shared enthusiasm for coffee we thought it would be fun to collaborate on a special blend.

Ilan Rubin is a song writer and drummer for Angels and Airwaves as well as being the drummer in Nine Inch Nails. He is the youngest ever inductee into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. He’s also a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and producer, who writes and plays every instrument on his records.
