1. Promotion Overview

Enjoy 30% off your first subscription order or any one-time purchase during our Labor Day Sale at James Coffee Co.
- This offer is available for first-time subscription customers as well as on one-time purchases.
- A minimum purchase of $25 is required to qualify for the 30% discount.
- For subscription orders, after the initial discounted order, all subsequent subscription orders will receive a 10% discount.

2. Eligibility

- The Labor Day Sale is valid for all customers purchasing either a new subscription or a one-time purchase.
- Existing subscription customers are not eligible for the 30% off offer on subscriptions but will continue to receive their regular subscription discount.

3. Discount Details

- The 30% discount applies to either the first subscription order or any one-time purchase during the Labor Day Sale.
- For subscriptions, following the first order, a 10% discount will be automatically applied to all future subscription orders.
- Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.

4. Order Requirements

5. Duration of the Offer

6. Exclusions

- The 30% discount applies to subscriptions and one-time purchases and cannot be applied to gift cards or merchandise.
- Certain products or collections may be excluded from the promotion at the discretion of James Coffee Co including gift subscriptions, gift cards and collab products.

7. Subscription Management

- For subscription customers, the 10% discount on subsequent orders remains valid as long as the subscription remains active.
- Customers can manage their subscription, including pausing, modifying, or canceling, through their James Coffee Co. account.

8. Refunds and Returns

- All sales made during the Labor Day Sale are final. Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for discounted items unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- In case of returns, the refunded amount will reflect the price after the 30% discount has been applied.

9. General Terms

- James Coffee Co. reserves the right to cancel any orders that violate the terms and conditions of this promotion.
