Please allow 24 – 48 hours to get your order out the door! We roast coffee every weekday. We have set up a system to get the freshest coffee shipped to our customers as soon as possible.
Domestic orders typically arrive in 3-6 business days after shipment, depending on the distance from our warehouse in Escondido, CA. We will send you a notification when your order has shipped.
We are not responsible, liable, or obligated to reship or refund the cost of any packages that are misdelivered, stolen, or Returned-to-Sender. Upon receipt of a returned package, we will contact the customer to determine the reason for the return. We can then reship the package, provided new shipping charges incurred are paid for in full by the customer.
Please note that we are not responsible for any taxes and/or duties on packages delivered to you. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. The recipient must fulfill additional charges for customs clearance; James Coffee has no control over these charges, nor can James Coffee predict what they may be.
Online orders can be picked up at our Escondido location. Please select 'Pickup' as the delivery method when checking out. You will receive a notification once your order is ready to be picked up.
