San Carlos Antigua is primarily composed of three farms located in Antigua. Each farm yields about two to three containers of coffee, which are then combined into the same blend, processed at TG Lab's mill called Nueva Esperanza. These farms have a long history datin gback to the 1800's.
For the past 70 and 80 years, the main varietal grown on each farm has been Borbon. The rest is divided among 40 year old Catuai and Caturra. Trees are kept in a high shade environment and treated like a forest.
