Finally, as is typical to the region, the coffee is sun-dried on raised beds for seven to ten days, depending on sun and humidity.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eIt tastes like citrus with a lemon rind tartness, tropical fruits and florals like jasmine, and a cacao-like smoothness as the cup matures.
